Rania Salah Abbas El-Zayat is a highly accomplished professor of pediatrics at Menoufia University in Egypt. With over 20 years of medical experience, she has established herself as an expert in the field of pediatrics and pediatric cardiology. In addition, she has dedicated her career to the field of medical education and professional training. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in medicine from Menoufia University in 2002, graduating with honors. She completed her Master's degree in pediatrics and neonatology in 2008 and her MD in pediatrics and neonatology in 2012, both from Menoufia University. She had a professional diploma of medical education from Tanta university in 2024. In addition to her clinical work, El-Zayat is a certified professional trainer with the International Board of Certified Trainers (IBCT-MENA) and has held numerous training roles at the university, including at the International Faculty and Leadership Development Center and the Center for Strategic Studies Leadership Development. She has developed and delivered training programs on topics such as teaching skills, communication, and decision-making. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to medical education and professional development. She is a member of the Teaching Methods Development Committee and the Medical Education and Human Resources Development Center at Menoufia University.
