Associate Prof. Of Engineering with digital transformation consulting expertise in the education industry. I Have diverse experience launching and implementing ERPs, LMS, student information systems and many other education industry systems. Known for being a well rounded IT trainer and facilitator. Certified facilitator from the University of Cape Town, TOT from UNESCO, and certified trainer from the Supreme Council of Universities (SCU). I received the master’s degree from Cambridge University, the M.B.A. degree from Glasgow University, and the Ph.D. degree from Mansoura University. I currently work as a consultant for the SCU and an Associate Professor at the German International University in Cairo. Prior to this role, I worked as the Vice Director for Electronic and Knowledge Services Center at SCU when I left my role as Vice Director of Communication and Information Technology Centre and the Director of E-learning with Mansoura University. I worked in both technical and managerial positions in various multinational companies. I am experienced in establishing tech start-ups, project management particularly agile projects, and business processes improvement. My research interests include artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud computing, software engineering, control systems, and e-learning technology.
